Shipping Information
 

Processing Time

All Pure Ritual creations are handmade in small batches.
For this reason, orders require 3–5 business days to be prepared before shipping.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS, depending on destination.
Once your package is on the way, you will receive a tracking number by email.


Delivery Times
 

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: varies by country and customs processing


Pure Ritual is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.


Address Issues

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Pure Ritual cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses.


Lost / Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as “delivered” but is not received, USPS/UPS must complete their investigation.
I will support you through the process, but Pure Ritual cannot offer refunds for lost or stolen packages.
