Pure Ritual creations are prepared in small, intentional batches to preserve the integrity of each plant, preparation, and ritual process.
 

Please allow 3–5 business days for preparation before shipping.
 

Certain preparations created specifically for you may require additional preparation time. This ensures each creation is complete, stable, and properly held before leaving our care.
 

Shipping
 

Orders are shipped within the United States via USPS or UPS, depending on destination and service availability.
 

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
 

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after shipment.
 

Pure Ritual is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other external conditions beyond our control.
 

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Pure Ritual is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
 

Local Delivery & Special Handling
 

Some preparations are available only for local delivery or pickup, or require refrigeration or special handling. These conditions will be clearly indicated on the product page.
 

Responsibility for proper storage begins upon delivery.
 

Returns & Exchanges
 

Due to the nature of these preparations and their small-batch creation, all sales are final.
 

Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted.
