This ensures each preparation maintains its intended quality and integrity.

Availability may be limited due to this process.


How long does preparation take?

Please allow 3–5 business days for preparation before shipping.

Some preparations made specifically for you may require additional time.


Where do you ship?

Currently, Pure Ritual ships within the United States only.

Some preparations are available for local delivery or pickup only, and this will be indicated on the product page.

International shipping is not available at this time.


How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery after shipping:

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Can I return or exchange a product?
 

Due to the nature of these preparations and their limited availability, all sales are final.
 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


What if my package is lost or missing?

 

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the shipping carrier must complete an investigation.
 

Pure Ritual will support you through this process, but cannot replace or refund packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

All Pure Ritual creations are handmade in small batches.
For this reason, orders require 3–5 business days to be prepared before shipping.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS, depending on destination.
Once your package is on the way, you will receive a tracking number by email.


Delivery Times
 

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: varies by country and customs processing


Pure Ritual is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.


Address Issues

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Pure Ritual cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses.


Lost / Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as “delivered” but is not received, USPS/UPS must complete their investigation.
I will support you through the process, but Pure Ritual cannot offer refunds for lost or stolen packages.
