Shamanic Shadow Work

21-Day Guided Ceremonial Process
This is a structured 21-day process designed for deep personal integration.
It includes five in-person sessions held over three weeks, each serving a distinct purpose within the progression of the work.
The first session establishes direction and clarifies what will be addressed.
The following three sessions support integration through focused practices — which may include regression, intuitive guidance, sound-based techniques, or other methods appropriate to what emerges.
Between sessions, you will continue working independently.
Reflection, observation, and conscious engagement during the seven days between visits are essential to the depth of this process.
This is not passive.
The work continues beyond the session space.
The process concludes with a closing Indigenous ceremony to seal and stabilize the integration.
Over 21 days, patterns are examined directly.
Emotional material is addressed consciously.
What has remained unresolved is brought forward and integrated with steadiness.
Each stage builds upon the previous one.
Nothing is rushed. Nothing is arbitrary.
This process is suited for individuals ready to engage their own depth with consistency and maturity.
This 21-day process is deliberate and progressive.
It requires engagement between sessions and steady participation throughout.
Five in-person sessions in Richmond, Virginia.
